I really enjoy the look & idea of this new spot from Saatchi in London for the Council of Europe. Although, I think the copy is a bit week at the end. Especially since it refers to physical abuse as "smacking." Those crazy Englishmen think they can get away with such silly vocabulary!
But, overall, they a) got my attention, b) kept it and c) gave me that "ah-HA!" moment. You may consider my sweet spot hit (for the most part).
